Visitor Sign Out Process

The process of signing out visitor on the visitor sign in software is as follows:

Step 1: Enter visitor ID

The visitor will enter his visitor ID which can be his personal ID or vehicle ID. A visitor ID bar code scanner can be use to scan in the visitor ID.

After entering the visitor ID, the next screen will ask the visitor check his/her particulars prior to signing out.

At this point, the visitor can enter a sign out remarks if needed.

Click the Sign Out button to sign out after checking the particulars.

If the visitor sign out alert is set, then the alert will be displayed as shown:
