Visitor Sign In Process

The process of signing in visitor on the visitor sign in software is as follows:

Step 1: Enter visitor ID

The visitor will enter his visitor ID which can be his personal ID or vehicle ID. A visitor ID bar code scanner can be use to scan in the visitor ID.

After entering the visitor ID, the next screen will ask the visitor check his/her particulars.

At this point, the visitor can retake his/her photo or update his/her contact number if needed.

The next screen will ask the visitor to enter his/her purpose of visit and the host name.

Finally, the "today's message" will be display and you can print out a visitor pass of the visitor if a supported visitor pass printer is installed.

If the visitor sign in alert is set, then the alert will be displayed as shown:
