What is BePunctual Group Punch Station?
Aquarius Soft BePunctual
Group Punch Station employee time clock software is designed to allow multiple
employees to punch
in/out at a location.
It is
one of the sub-component of the
Aquarius Soft
BePunctual Employee Time and Attendance Tracking Software System.
Once this employee time clock software is connected to the
BePunctual Server Time Attendance Software, your
employees can use
it to perform the following tasks:
- Punch in/out with/without remarks
- View his own punch card data
- View other employees attendance
- Contact the administrator when needed via the built in
corporate instant
messaging function

5. Instantly Track Employee Attendance
Every employee can check who's not in, who's in and who's out today on
this employee time clock software. This option can be disabled by the
administrator if required. Each employee can also view their own
punch card data for the past 2 months. |

6. Prevent Buddy Punching with Webcam
A webcam can be installed on the Group Punch Station computer to
capture a photos of employee punching in/out, thereby preventing buddy
punching. The administrator can perform random checks to see if the
photos match the employees. |

7. Punch In/Out Remarks
Employees who are late and leaving early can be prompted to enter a
remark when they punch in/out. This allows their managers to track their
reasons for being late and leaving early. |

8. Support Bar Code Scanner for Keyboard-Free Punch
In/Out
A bar code scanner can be connected to the Group Punch Station
computer to perform keyboard free punch in/out by scanning in the
bar coded ID on employee card.

9. Support Touch Screen Monitor
This Group Punch
Station software is designed to run in full screen mode and with its
onscreen virtual keyboard, a touch screen monitor can be use as it's

Minimum System Requirements
Hardware:
- Computer that can run Windows Vista, XP or 2000 smoothly.
- 128 megabytes (MB) of RAM or higher recommended.
- Super VGA (800 x 600) or higher-resolution video adapter and
monitor
- 5 MB of hard disk space.
- Network adapter to access your local network if the Group Punch
Station Software and the Server Software are run on separate computers.
