1. BePunctual Visitor
Management System now lets you add a list of items to issue to and
return by the visitor
In some cases, items like visitor pass and locker key are issued
to visitors when they sign in. These items has to be returned when
the visitors sign out.
BePunctual now lets you add a list of such items in the
BePunctual Server -> Options -> Visitors System -> Items to Issue.
When a visitor sign in at the Visitor Station, the security guard
will issue the visitor the items and check those that are issued to
the visitor in the following page:
When the visitor sign out, the security guard will check those
items and make sure that they are being returned before the visitor
can be signed out. |

2. Add list of
purposes of visit for selection
|
|
You can now add a list of purposes of visit for selection on the
visitor station software. You can do that via
BePunctual Server -> Options -> Visitors System -> Purposes
of Visit
Once added, this purposes can be selected in the visitor sign in
software when a visitor signs in.

3. Add list of
hosts for selection
|
|
You can now add the list of host for selection on the visitor
station software. You can do that via
BePunctual Server -> Options -> Visitors System -> Hosts
You can either have all staffs as host and/or add a separate list
of hosts.
Once added, these hosts can be selected in the visitor sign in
software when a visitor signs in.

3. Auto-sign out for visitors
now supported in BePunctual Automator
|
|
BePunctual Automator now supports automatic sign out of visitors.
You can set an event at the end of the day to sign out visitors that
did not sign out. An "auto-sign out" remark will be set as the sign
out remark. |

4. Visitor Attendance Report now
available
|
|
You can now generate visitor attendance report for a specific day or
day range in BePunctual Server as well as the the BePunctual
Automator. |

5. Other enhancements to BePunctual
Visitor
Management System
|
Other enhancements includes:
- Visitor type can now be changed for registered visitors each
time they sign in.
- Visitor sign in remarks is now displayed when visitor sign
out.

6. Enhancements to BePunctual Employee
Time and Attendance System
|
Recent enhancements includes:
- Most reports now support Staff ID and Department columns.
- Staff Punch Card Report now available.
- Staff Attendance Report (Group) now available
|
