1. BePunctual now
supports fingerprint punch in/out
|
|
BePunctual now supports fingerprint punch in/out on the
BePunctual Group Punch Station and Staff Punch Station
software.
In order for an employee to punch in/out using his fingerprints,
his fingerprints has to be enrolled into the BePunctual Server
software.
Employee fingerprints can be enrolled into the BePunctual
Server software at the server computer, or at another computer
running the new
BePunctual Biometric Fingerprint Enroller software.
Fingerprint enrolled in the BePunctual Biometric Fingerprint
Enroller software can then be imported into the BePunctual
Server software
To configure for fingerprint punch in only, simply enable the
option in the punch station software -> Settings -> Punch Options.
The following new versions are required for fingerprint punch in
support:
- BePunctual Server 4.0
- BePunctual Group Punch Station 2.0
- BePunctual Staff Punch Station 2.0

3. Visitors sign in data
now available in BePunctual Server
|
|
BePunctual Server software now lets you view visitor sign in/out
data on its Punch Data page. You can now easily access any
visitor's visit history.
This feature is available in BePunctual Server version 4.0. |

4. Employee photos can now be stored in BePunctual
|
|
You can now store a photo of your employee in BePunctual Server ->
Setup -> Staffs -> Edit -> General This feature is available in
BePunctual Server version 4.0.
We will support printing of employee photo pass in upcoming
release. |

5. How to Backup your BePunctual data
|
|
Please be reminded to backup your BePunctual data regularly. You
can do this via BePunctual Server -> Setup -> Options -> Backup ->
Backup -> Backup Data |

6. Make BePunctual works for you with
custom development services

Every company has its own attendance and payroll rules, formula and
needs. As such, BePunctual will not be able to support every company
requirements. We do however provide custom development services to

5. What's Next

We have done Employee....we have done for Visitors...next will
be for Students. The upcoming BePunctual will support marking
and tracking of student attendance.
