1. New home for BePunctual

BePunctual finally has a appropriate home to call its own: BePunctual.com

It cost us quite a bit to acquire this domain name and this shows our commitment to this product. In the next few months we will be improving this site to make it more informative to you...stay tuned.

2. Save time with the new BePunctual Automator

The main purpose of this new software is help the administrator to automate some of the frequent tasks he would be performing with BePunctual.

Tasks that can be automated includes:

• Generating and emailing reports to managers
• Broadcasting popup messages to employees running the BePunctual Staff Punch Station software
• Broadcasting today's messages to BePunctual Group Punch Station software
• Punching out for staffs who forget to punch out

Automation events can be set to run one-time, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly or on a particular day of week, and at any time of the day.

3. Monitor your employees' attendance when you are out of town

With BePunctual Automator, you can configure it to automatically send you regular attendance report to your email address. So even when you are out of town, you can know who's in/out of the office.

In addition, if your company has multiple sites, you can install BePunctual Automator at each of the site to automatically send reports to the headquarter.

4. Automatically remind your desk-bound staffs to punch in and out

It is a common problem that employees forget to punch in/out.

If you deploy the BePunctual Staff Punch Station software at your employees' PCs, you can configure the BePunctual Automator to broadcast reminder messages to these employees to remind them to punch in or punch out.

5. Automatically punch out for staffs at the end of the day

You can still configure BePunctual Automator to automatically punch out for these employees at the end of the day. And you can set either to set their punch out time to be the automatic event time or at each employee's knock off time.

6. New reports avialable

New reports are available in BePunctual Automator:

• Attendance Sheet
• Today's Attendance Report

Together with the other previously available reports, they can set to be automatically generated and emailed out as needed.

7. Webcam problem fixed in punch station software

Some users reported that the webcam features are not working. Luckily we were able to reproduce the problem in some borrowed systems. The problem is now fixed in version 1.8 of both the group and staff punch station software.
