At the same time, we are glad to provide you a free BePunctual add-on. Its an attendance sheet report generator that shows all or selected staffs punch in and punch out times. With this attendance sheet, you can easily spot the late comers and absentees over the period you selected.

1. BePunctual now supports Weekly Overtime Pay

In addition to daily overtime pay, BePunctual now supports weekly OT pay when employee works more than a specific number of hours per week.

This is actually a legal requirement in some countries.

For example, in California, when an employee works more then 40 hours in a week, he will be paid OT pay for hours above the 40 hours.

This option is set when generating worked hours report and pay report as shown:

2. Now supports comprehensive Automatic Break Deduction

When generating worked hours and pay reports, if required, you can now set BePunctual to automatically deduct break time from the worked hours.

You can set the number of minutes to deduct for each X consecutive hours of work or for each day of work.

3. Enhanced Time Rounding Options

When generating worked hours and pay reports, you can now specify whether to round the worked hours daily or over the period specified.

4. Reports are now customizable

Yes! You can now choose the columns to display and also the results to display for each report.

5. Comprehensive Manager Station Software Options

For companies which are using the BePunctual Manager Station software to let their managers monitor employee attendance, they now have better control of what their managers can view or do on the Manager Station software.

The options available includes:

• Allow managers to view their/other staffs' punch card
• Allow managers to view their/other staffs' approved leave
• Allow managers to view their/other staffs' particulars
• Allow managers to view their/other staffs' working days and hours
• Allow managers to view their/other staffs' attendance report
• Allow managers to view their/other staffs' punctuality report
• Allow managers to view their/other staffs' worked hours report
• Allow managers to view their/other staffs' pay report
• Allow managers to add/edit/delete their/other staffs' punch card data
• Allow managers to add/delete their/other staffs' approved leave

6. Instantly checks who's late and who left early today

You can now instantly check who's late today and who left early today on the Manager Station software, the Group Punch Station software and the Staff Punch Station software.

This feature is enabled by default on the Manager Station while disabled by default on the punch stations.

In addition, you can also filter the staff to view in the Who's In/Out page of the punch station. You can filter staff by name, department or staff type.

7. Free Attendance Sheet Generator

You can now print a summary attendance sheet that shows all the staffs punch in and punch out time using a free Attendance Sheet Generator. With this attendance sheet, you can easily spot the late comers and absentees over the period you selected.

This is actually a custom add-on module we did for a school and we are glad to provide it here free for you.

You can download this free module by right-clicking here and select Save Target As and save it onto your computer.

After you save it on your hard disk, unzip and copy the file to BePunctual Server folder located at:

C:\Program Files\Aquarius Soft\BePunctual Server\

and run it from there.

You can also access it via the BePunctual Server's Reports menu.
