1. NEW! BePunctual Manager Station lets your managers monitor their staffs attendance on their own PC

Finally, this highly requested module is released!  Your managers can now conveniently monitor their staff attendance and punctuality on their own computer. In addition, they can do the following tasks:

• View staff punch card, approved leave and particulars
• Add, edit and delete staff punch card information and leave information.
• Generate staff reports.

Please note that this Manager Station Software requires BePunctual Server 1.5 to be installed first.

2. BePunctual Group Punch Station 1.5 improves support for barcode scanner

Many companies want to use the barcode scanner for hands free punch in and out. A barcode scanner is attached to the computer running the Group Punch Station software to scan the employee bar-coded ID on the employee pass. Some minor issues were detected during trials and they are solved in this new version. Audio feedback on successful punching in/out is also implemented for improved usability. Please note that this version of the Group Punch Station software requires BePunctual Server 1.5 to be installed first.

3. BePunctual Staff Punch Station 1.5 now reminds staffs to punch out

To help remind staffs to punch out when they log off or shutdown their computer, BePunctual Staff Punch Station can now be set to show itself if it is hidden when the computer is being log off or shutdown. On successful punching in/out, a larger today's message will be displayed to show the staff the message of the day. Please note that this version requires BePunctual Server 1.5 to be installed first.

4. BePunctual Server Software 1.5 Updates

BePunctual Server is updated to support all the above new features together with some internal enhancements. Please install this new version before install the other modules. Just download and install over the older version. Your settings and data will be preserved.

5. What's Next?

As mention, we do have lots of enhancements coming up to make BePunctual a complete employee time and attendance software system. Some of them includes:

• Enhancement of payroll feature
• Enhancement of OT pay calculation
• Support for custom reports.
• Automatic alerts and sending reports to a remote site.
• Student Attendance Module
• Visitor Registration Module
