| To run BePunctual School Class Attendance System, the follow 2
software needs to be installed on your computers: |

|
|

BePunctual Server Software
This is the main setup and school class and student
management software of BePunctual. |
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
|
|
 |
BePunctual Classroom Station Software
This is the class attendance software to let teacher
sign in and mark school class attendance.
|
|
| |
| |
| |
| You can setup the 2 software on a single computer or on separate
computers in your network. |
| |
Each classroom can deploy its own classroom stations to allow
teachers to mark attendance in their own class. |
| |
The steps to setup the system is as follows:
- Download and install the BePunctual Server on a
central computer
- Download and Install BePunctual Classroom Station one
one or more computers in the network.

Configuring the BePunctual Server Software
|
After installing the BePunctual Server software, do the
following to configure the software:
- Setup your organization information via Setup ->
Organization
- Note download the connection information (Server Name,
Server IP Address and Port Number) in the Punch Station
Page. You will require this for the BePunctual Classroom
Station software.
- Add staffs and students into the system.
- Add classes and and the class students and staffs. Only
staffs of a class can sign in and mark attendance for the class.

Configuring the BePunctual Classroom Station Software
|
After installing the BePunctual Classroom Station software,
do the following to configure the software:
- Connect it to the BePunctual Server software via
Options -> Settings -> Connection Settings by entering the
server software connection information (Server Name, Server
IP Address and Port Number)

| Once the software is connected to the server software, a staff
can sign in and start marketing class attendance. |
